Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge is pleased to announce that we are working with John Flowers Christmas Wish to help those less fortunate in our community have a happy holiday season!

The foundation gives Christmas gifts to local children in need who write letters to Santa wishing for a present. Through toy donations and monetary contributions, John Flowers Christmas Wish is able to provide the kids with a present to unwrap during the holidays.

Founded by John Flowers more than 20 years ago, the legacy of this organization is carried on by his children Yvette and Frankie Flowers. Last year was a record year for John Flowers Christmas Wish since 513 kids received presents from Santa & his elves and more than 4,000 presents were delivered to local nursing homes & hospitals.

The delivery to homes through the John Flowers Christmas Wish has doubled for the fifth year in a row and it's expected that the gift contribution will reach more than 1,000 kids this year!

How You Can Help This Holiday Season

There are a few ways you’re able to give back to our community during the holidays through our sponsorship with John Flowers Christmas Wish.

1. You can adopt a child to provide a present for. All you need to do is text "I want to adopt for Christmas gifts" to 845-702-5355 and they'll get you set up with someone to help.
2. You can write a letter to Santa on behalf of a child, especially ones who cannot write themselves. You can mail the letter to: ATTENTION: SANTA, P.O. Box 617, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. Please include name, address, phone, gender and a Christmas Wish. If your child cannot write you can write it for them.
3. You can mail a check to Frank Flowers, P.O. Box 617, Pleasant Valley, NY 12569. The amount you donate to the organization is tax deductible.
4. You can also donate a toy right at our dealership location.
5. John Flowers Christmas Wish is also looking for clothes, wrapping paper, tape & volunteers to help out at their location, which is the old Sleepy’s next to the post office on Route 9.
